It's like someone poured acid inside of my stomach, and I feel so sick but my options are limited so I must suffer. Coz I'm not doing another round (it would be my 5th!) of antibiotics 💀 This is part why I'm so inactive atm, dealing with constant infections right now is just draining.

Absolutely no one should have to weigh up "do I risk further disability from getting a booster dose of a vaccine" with "or do I risk playing Russia roulette with potentially getting the full blown virus from community spread" coz I know I am not the only person with mecfs here considering this rn

I'm having a moral debate with myself right now about getting a booster because while my mother was sensible and I got 99% of my childhood vaccinations including mmr, I don't know how much immunity I actually have because my immune system is so cooked.

If there's one thing I learnt from covid as a disabled immunocompromised person who can technically get vaccines but at the cost of my health getting worse because of my specific disability; it's that people generally don't give a shit about sick and old and very young people.
