I'm back home in Seoul now, but one more thing I forgot to share last night: 빈대떡 (Korean Mung Bean Pancake). Huge thanks to the incredibly welcoming couple running the place who let me take pictures! Highly recommend this place in Beomil, Busan - Naver maps has it as "Beomil Mung Bean Pancake"

By the way, Cheongsapo gave me some mildly similar vibes to the Canadian Maritime provinces. Highly recommend traveling there as well if you like beautiful coastlines and good seafood! Especially to my American friends who wish to support Canada at this time!

I don't drive, I don't like driving. Public transit all the way.

And before anyone says that it has to be one or the other, good infrastructure for both driving and public transit can coexist. Korea is an amazing example of this, with both strong car culture AND convenient public transit.
