Self care! Courage is very hygienic. When she’s not adventuring, she does facials and baths. She gets Astarion hooked on it, too, so it becomes a routine for them. Astarion comes home from working in his leadership position, Courage from her diplomacy work, and they decompress together.

Like ten minutes maybe. 😂. By the time she’s 25 and leading the bg3 party, she’s at a point where she can handle blood if she’s prepared. So if Astarion drinks and she knows he’s coming? 👍🏻 When she goes out for the day to battle 👍🏻 In her tent when she thought she was safe?

Since she doesnt really use perfumes or scents she naturally smells like "petricor", the scent of dry dirt after it rains. If the scent is more "dry" then she smells like dirt.

Also... there's one area that smells like a flower shop, the smell of cut stems and soggy plants... 👀

Poor Courage. Good news is, Astarion realizes how much he really likes her, cause even a black eye isn’t enough to chase him away. She feels horrible, though.

What does your Tav/Durge smell like?

Fin always carries the lingering smell of ash, but with a sharpness to it like a cold morning - a hint of his magic. Strong tea, and the faintest hint of vanilla and lavender from his husband's perfume and own scent.

(2/?) antagonizing her very British boyfriend Astarion. Since he used to be a judge, the call him “your honor” a lot, they use court lingo (incorrectly) as jokes, they take him to Mexican restaurants and laugh at how he says “pico de gallo,” things like that. I also like to imagine polyjamborous…

(1/?) Modern day au. In our original dnd campaign, most of our characters have American accents. Courage has a generic accent/atlanta accent cause that’s where I’m originally from. Her brother sounds like he’s from Boston. So, imagine Courage and her brother as two silly Americans…

Cassie doesn't bother with anything fancy for fragrance or soaps. Her main accompanying scents are ale (or other booze) that she frequently drinks, and weapon/armour oils that she lovingly applies to her gear.

Being around Karlach a lot, some of the brimstone rubs off on her a bit too! 👀

Val'dran prefers soaps with little to no scent, and despises perfumes, the way their scents linger and are easy to trace 😂

His natural scent is subtle, a mix of mint from constantly chewing on it, iron, and something very faint that almost reminds of mildew but not quite.

So technically this only *sort of* answers the question, but my younger sister (a rather serious perfume collector, and self-described "juice enthusiast/fraghead") took to her notebook and scribbled down what she thinks would make up a Parfum à Dot. I thought it would be useful here. #Tavqotd #bg3

His natural scent is a mix of a still-burning, small campfire, a dusty road on a summer day, leather, and the salt of the sea. After a bath, one might catch a whiff of soap and citric herbs.

It's essential to note that a shirt-stealing spawn with standards would not care at all.

Dylan sits by the campfire. His boots, violin, and two bottles of wine are close by.

He tries to read a book with Astarion's head on his lap. Astarion wears the white shirt that Dylan usually wears with brown leather pants in casual settings at the beginning of the adventure.

The cotton thread was sturdy yet soft to the skin, and despite being worn, it didn't come close to being as thinned and roughed up as the same frilled thing Astarion had been wearing and maintaining since the day it had been handed down to him shortly after his…change.

That's why he wanted it. With a frustrated grunt, he took off his own shirt, balled it up, and tossed it behind a pile of books at the other end of the tent.

Practical, such were all the reasons why he wanted it and nothing more, he told himself as he slipped into it. It was too long, too wide, and the familiar scent of a campfire by the seaside and leather engulfed him, and with it, the warmth of the tiefling's body.
