I know people are like "hah we always knew" but like considering they've both been very honest over the years why they kept even just their sexualities secret (harassment and invasiveness by fans) it's no wonder they kept their relationship status ambiguous for so long

He's very affectionate to us all and has always been very supportive of his daughters when we dress up all nice or do something new with our hair etc

reading comprehension n all that, but often it just alienated disabled people, especially as my disability is to do with my eyes not working properly rather than dyslexia (I suspect I have that too but only mildly and isn't the cause of the migraines)

Idk the scene has always been ableist to me

Yeah, it always came across that way to me too, there's always been this sort of elitism in the literary space that really put me off books and killed my motivation to write at a young age

Not to mention this was often reenforced by teachers at school which I get to an extent, gotta teach kids

In theory, I love those things about books but in reality, "real" books are so inaccessible to someone like me bc I can't change the font, layout or bg colour, and a lot of the time I need to hear books being read audiobook style bc reading often causes me migraines

True, though in my dnd campaign I'm playing a half-elf paladin who doesn't have any of those feats, while in my pathfinder campaign i don't need to worry about those things to get a free reroll each session

Lowkey I've been so spoiled with being able to use a hero point to reroll bad rolls in Pathfinder that I keep instinctual thinking I can rerolled bad rolls in dnd only to remember I can't and quietly sulk

Either way, part of me worries going to the cinema will cause me to have a heart attack and die if I'm not careful and it's literally because it's too fuckin loud

Like. I'll be fine one minute and then next minute my heart plays up, I have shortness of breath and I feel faint

I have nothing diagnosed relating to that and I kinda attributed that to a panic attack but I genuinely have no idea

The vast majority of the time, the problem is the sound is too loud and often competing with each other so it's hard to tell what's going on and what is being said

But also irt loudness, I genuinely feel like it causes me physical problems too irt my heart rate - a problem I didn't have previously

Man, even putting ticket costs aside, I wish I could go to the cinema more but like I s2g in the past 10 years, the audio mixing has gotten so bad with movies that I struggle to enjoy the experience of going to the cinema
