Michael Smuss passed away aged 99 on Thursday. He had continued to educate about his wartime experiences right to the end of his life.

This week was hard to deal with, there were so many civilians killed, two journalists killed, kindergartens targeted.

There were good news in terms of sanctions & equipment, but it doesn't stop drones & missiles.

At times, I don't know how to keep reporting on that constant flow of horrors.

Ukrainian assault groups from the 425th Assault Regiment have cleared the village of Torske in the Lyman sector. Up to 100 Russian troops were eliminated. Russians had little ammo, hiding in basements without food or water.

You don't drill volcanoes, but in their proximity, where you will find higher temperature at lower depths than in non-volcanic areas.
There is a new technology called closed-loop, that allows for storage of energy as well. Plus new techniques to drill deeper at lower costs.

I don't believe that those are legitimate concerns, since they are not rooted in science, but on knee-jerk reactions by lobbyists with no understanding of how new technology works.

This is the kind of nonsense that gets put forward. It's basically scientific illiteracy dressed as environmental concerns, particularly now that deep-geothermal is available, and could be carried comfortably at safe distance from parks, etc.
