Drop Site’s full post, linked below, details how Israel is violating the terms of the deal while falsely accusing Hamas of doing so The bodies of 45 deceased Palestinians transferred from Israel to the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis have not been identified, the hospital’s forensic department told CNN on Tuesday.

https://www.cnn.com/world/live-news/israel-gaza-ceasefire-deal-hostages-10-14-25?post-id=cmgr3l8su0000356oqp7oci4i All of the bodies arrived at the facility with their hands and legs cuffed, the hospital said.
The remains were being held in refrigerators in Israel and came with numbers marking them, rather than names, according to the hospital.
"Some are blindfolded, and there are signs of gunshot wounds in some cases, while others have been run over by tanks," Nasser hospital said.

Maybe if he buried a wife or two there he could declare it a cemetery and avoid any property taxes.

I'd love to see more scientists engage with art, not as scientists but as people. Not for any instrumental purpose but simply as part of human experience.

Science is a question-answering activity. Whenever someone tries to pose a scientific question about art, it always turns out to really be a question about something else (perception, emotion, etc). This is why many attempts to bring art and science together fall flat.

Love the one about middle aged men with heart disease handling sticks of dynamite (but might have just given them a headache..)

Private equity takeover of US hospitals led to rise in patient deaths.

Cuts to staffing/investment; high debt, profiteering; worse patient outcomes.

More deaths in nursing homes, increased post-operative complications

Why is UK Govt handing the NHS to PE? Why no investigation of the impact of PE?
Private equity takeover of hospitals led to rise in Medicare emergency patient deaths, says study
Study found seven more deaths per 10,000 patients in private equity hospitals’ versus non-private equity hospitals

Yesterday marked one year since 19-year-old Shaban Al-Dalou was burned alive by Israeli forces in the courtyard of Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, after suffering a head injury that required seven stitches.

I imagine Tice's response would be to state that Reform UK's flood prevention strategy is to order the unwanted water to go back where it came from.
