Base prices for commissions. Uncolored lines are $35. Flat colors are $60. Colors, shades, and tinted lines aka "the works" are $85. Extra commission info. More characters add half the base price of the commission per extra character. Simple backgrounds double the price of the entire commission. Complex backgrounds will need to be negotiated based on HOW complex the background. Terms of service. In summary, the artist (that's me) retains non-commercial rights to display the work. The client has full rights to use the finished artwork, with the exception of any sort of blockchain-related usage. Putting the finished work on the blockchain carries a fee for violating this contract of $10000. I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

I think it doesn't work as well as we want to think it does. It's playing into their premise that "normal" is somehow desirable. It upsets them, but only in the way we get upset at the shit they say to vilify us.

My hot take about "vanish me poopum" is that in the hands of a better writer it would have been interesting as a window into how maladaptively fixated on magic for its own sake wizard society was. But that would require acknowledging that wizard society doesn't work.

I think there's also something to consider here that "we're not so different, you and I" gives our real life villains an out. Absolves them of having to do any sort of self-reflection or work to improve themselves. If we're all the same then I'm basically good, or at least no worse than anyone else.
