Vor ziemlich genau 8 Jahren hat Jörg Meuthen, ehem. Vorsitzender der AfD, gesagt, er sehe in den Innenstädten "noch vereinzelt Deutsche". Die Vorsitzende der CDU, Angela Merkel, hat ihm umgehend widersprochen. Friedrich Merz hat heute die Sprache und Position der AfD übernommen.

Vegan protein powder 😪 the worst offender.
Dairy & soy issues in this house so switching to whey is not an option. My go-to powder is 78% pea protein 🫣

Pretty gutting tbf. Dairy & soy intolerance mean its pea + hemp protein as the standard go-to in this house. Time to research if EU products equally affected

Just an idea.. I mean, walking and cycling move all your muscles, tendons, ligaments etc as well. But no force impact. Running is only one with high impact and causing so much pain. Depending on where exactly but tip of the femur/sacrial joint/pelvis .. it's all groin area isn't 😬

Can confirm so many bugs going round, upset tums/fatigue/cold symptoms all being reported here & at work. Covid test negative!
Interesting that your pain has such a big difference between low level to excruciating when running. Difference between low impact/high impact activity; stress fracture?

This is how I imagine JK Rowling when she posts.
