Six months apart. In that time I’ve lost and gained a total of 70lbs. I love that I thought it was going to be impossible to change my body until I hit 30 and learned how eating works.

I think part of why the gym is so satisfying is that there a ton of mirrors and I see myself with a good pump. The rest of the day I FEEL so much smaller.
