Platforms absolutely can sublicense non-exclusive rights if the creator agrees to the ToS. That’s the whole loophole I have been pointing out... it’s not “stealing,” it’s artists being boxed into giving away permissions by contract before they realize the consequences.

Creators don't need lawyers. They need to better understand copyright law and enforce their rights. For instance,
Sub-licensing a non-exclusive right is not actually possible. It's an absurdity because Platforms don't own any © to sub-license. It's just copyright infringement.

ToS agreements are binding contracts. If you clicked “agree,” then sublicensing (as defined in the ToS) is legally permitted.

It’s not automatically infringement... it’s a voluntary license grant.

Which is what my entire post was about.

You are wholly incorrect and should probably not interject.
