The Supreme Court of the United States has agreed to hear Mahmoud v. Taylor, a case initiated by a group of parents in Maryland, who have sued the Montgomery County Board of Education for the right to opt their children out of reading LGBTQIA+-inclusive books in school.

When you block freedom of expression and restrict access to art & literature, you carve away our shared humanity.#freedomtoread

Maybe it's a good time to share my feel-good doc about being gender-queer. Cuz, you know. We need to increase our gender joy. www.vimeo.com/michaelvsmit...
Yes, the photo is blurry, but it’s the very first image of Jack and E together, taken just after E was resuscitated because the cord was around her ankle.❤️
Jack & I met on August 15. She was 35. 1535 became our family number, password, her phone #, code for "I love you." Also, Jack loved driving so much that our 3rd date was an 800 mile road trip. She couldn't wait for our kids to learn to drive. E turned 16 yesterday. Look at her "random" DL # ...
Estimate how much time something will take, and then double it. This works for creative projects, friendships, parenting, sex, grocery shopping, grief, bus trips, dinner, bubble baths.
Give yourself time, to simply not rush, allow for marvelous distractions along the way, or to let things go deep.
people over 30 quote this with some life advice for the rest of us?
