Suspended high in the air, Ingrid clings to one of the Orchestrator's wires with one hand as the laser begins to disperse the shadows covering her body. INGRID (VO): Can't hold the shape...! The Orchestrator flings her sword and drill arms upward to strike Ingrid while she's pinned down. As the two arms fly towards Ingrid, she notices a spot on one of them where the light doesn't reach. INGRID (VO): Shadow. Front of the drill. Ingrid releases her grip on the cable and drops down into the aforementioned shadow on the drill arm. From there, she launches herself towards the sword arm, bouncing off of it as well. The entire time, the Orchestrator is firing lasers at her. INGRID (VO): If I can just make it down...! The Orchestrator's screen face flashes a grinning skull as she raises her machine gun arm into frame. ORCHESTRATOR: idiocy. The Orchestrator unloads a burst from her machine gun, while at the same time keeping her laser trained upward. ORCHESTRATOR: you cannot evade my gunfire in mid-air and must manifest a shield with which to block. Indeed, she's right -- Ingrid swells her left arm into a huge mass of teeth and holds it in front of her. The bullets ping off of it harmlessly. ORCHESTRATOR: and when a flesh witch exceeds her caloric reserves her body begins to cannibalize itself. Ingrid's right arm "pops", leaving nothing behind but a small spray of blood. She clenches her teeth. From the stump of her right arm, Ingrid forces out a mass of liquid flesh that quickly solidifies into a huge, muscular arm. INGRID: I don't care what it costs... As she plummets downward, she throws a punch. The fist she's created is larger than most of the Orchestrator's body. INGRID: I'll END you. The force of the punch rips through the Orchestrator and into the ground beyond her. The shockwaves travel deep into the stone, splitting off a huge chunk of the platform. SFX: fucking BOOOOOM

Ingrid touches the spot on her midsection where she'd been shot. Her dress is beginning to repair itself too. INGRID (VO): That gun almost tore me in half. Had to totally rebuild a few organs. Weird, though. If she wanted to kill me, she should've aimed for my head. One of the Orchestrator's drill claws slams into the wall next to her. Finished Panty and Stocking. I was worried going in that they might have lost the spark between seasons, but honestly I think season 2 is straight up better. Making the demon sisters part of the main cast was a great idea

Her dress is beginning to repair itself too. INGRID (VO): That gun almost tore me in half. Had to totally rebuild a few organs. Weird, though. If she wanted to kill me, she should've aimed for my head. One of the Orchestrator's drill claws slams into the wall next to her. Ingrid looks up toward the Orchestrator, who is standing on the side of the pillar's central torch, using one of her claws to support herself. INGRID: That's her plan...! To burn me out. Keep attacking until I can't regenerate anymore. She's... Ingrid points at her. INGRID: You're still trying to convince me. ORCHESTRATOR: yes. Black fluid pours out of the Orchestrator's screen face as she speaks. ORCHSTRATOR: i do not wish to continue harping upon this point but there is no nathan discord anymore. you are the only remaining option. you cannot die. nor can you be free. One of the drills spins up and flies towards Ingrid. ORCHESTRATOR: i will keep hurting you until you understand. Close-up on Ingrid's face as she focuses on the drill flying at her. INGRID (VO): Which side is the shadow on...? Suddenly she dodges to her right side, extending the shadows on her leg towards the side of the Orchestrator's claw. The shadows begin to spread across its surface. INGRID (VO): The right! Ingrid's body vanishes into a mass of and begins moving towards the Orchestrator, using her (the Orchestrator's) extended arm as a pathway. The Orchestrator sees what Ingrid is doing immediately and leaps off of the wall.

Burn out
Ingrid and the Orchestrator's battle in Nowhere continues. Establishing shot of Nowhere's central pillar before we're back in the action. The Orchestrator's machine gun has torn a huge chunk out of Ingrid's midsection. Ingrid strains to remain standing, coughing up blood. INGRID (VO): You've been through worse. Don't pass out. TITLE CARD - 38: PLANETBUSTER (the third) Ingrid extends her shadow out behind her and drops into it, moving away from the Orchestrator to the opposite side of the pillar's central torch.
