If you're trying to convey a magic effect, I would say there's two ways usually: unnatural colors (like iridescent purple / blue / pink) or glowing stuff! :D

Something I do want folks to know about this situation with BlueSky-

It is, in essence, the exact same as the one with MasterCard / Visa.

And just like with the payment processors, the best thing for us to do is to become tremendous pains in the ass.

Make them miserable. Ruin their ratings.
