Well there is arguments for both sides of choice. One being that a longer run would mean it will take two buses probbaly instead of one to have hourly service, so greater cost to implement. But yes some would prefer downtown direct.

Also don’t really need direct bus so much as just steady loop bus service from mctavish exchange and airport as lots of buses already pass mctavish exchange by the airport.

I think part of the challenge is ridership w/ that frequency would b extremely low but you’re gonna have to pull service from another route to do it. A route that’s likely busier. When transit opens a third transit yard & has more capacity in system it would be more feasible if funding is there also

Driving w/o due care is 6 pts. Failure to remain if issued as mva ticket(vs criminal charge) doesn’t carry any points. So drivers penalty point program would only result in another $367 against them I do believe. If they have other points in same year penalty would be greater but that’s an unknown
