This is horrible. When I interviewed @samanthabeart.bsky.social, Jen English, and @aliona.bsky.social about what made the romance storylines felt *right*, especially in a queer context, all of them emphasized just how important the intimacy coordinator was.

Yes, you're right. Both are Maiar. But, between Galadriel and Morgoth, you're dealing with the two biggest players in all of Valinor / Middle Earth history. Gandalf didn't show up to Middle Earth until the late Second Age (by some sources) at the earliest.

Republicans have latched onto the talking point that "No Kings" and other protesters all "hate America". (Scalise said the exact same thing this morning at a presser).

It's telling though that in their world, anyone who disagrees with Trump and the GOP "hates America": disagreement is treason.

Why not both? Weiss is likely to going to fail spectacularly by being wildly unqualified, unlikable, and pushing opinions that revolt CBS News core viewing audience, while turning it into a shill for baseless conservative talking points.
