We had an amazing time marching and tabling at Boston Pride and Dyke March this weekend! 🌈

We honored the mothers of our movement, Sylvia Rivera & Marsha P. Johnson, two trans sex workers who played key roles in the Stonewall riot that started Pride.

the cool thing about dyke march is that when so many people are masking, it is, for the most part, easy to get those who aren't masking to do so. i only had to ask a couple handfuls of people to do so & even then i wasn't saying "well you have to do it or leave" i was just asking if they needed one.

i so freakin appreciate the Boston Dyke March being a mask required event, im disabled & have many queer friends in my life who have immune issues and/or just dont want to get further disabled from a covid infection just have fun.. really sad that there are not more events/places with a mask policy😷

Keeping the March safe and accessible for all is one of our core values.

We are committed to keeping the March safe for everyone who wants to come

You can still catch COVID and other airborne diseases outdoors, so please mask in designated areas, on the March, and whenever you cannot social distance

On the March (Boston Dyke March mask policy):
You should wear a mask at all times while on the March.

N95, KN95, or KF94 style masks are preferred and help keep everyone safe

Dyke Patrol will have a limited number of KN95 masks, but please bring one
