The miracle pill is called cycling
It doesn’t matter if it’s on an e-bike or a conventional one.

If someone invented a miracle pill that reduced your risk of cancer, heart disease and strokes as well as boosting mood, memory, and lifespan it would be the most popular drug ever. Except we already have it and it's called exercise, and most people can't be arsed doing it.

I dare not look. I can guess.

‘But I have to drive to the gym’ is definitely going to be on there

Now that’s an idea 💡

It's always a good game to check Google streetview when people complain about loss of car parking outside their shop.
2025: white mini
2024: white mini
2023: white mini.
Excuse me, Mr Shopkeep, do you drive a white mini, by any chance?

I have always been aware of mobility issues from a physical standpoint but not mobility for a visual perspective.

The other option is to hire a car. I would take the Leaf but under the circumstances stopping for multiple charges would make it difficult and very time consuming (6hr+ trip without)

I always thought that I was reasonably disability aware, i am very aware around my own disability, but visual impairment is a whole new issue that I have, ashamed to say, only considered in limited circumstances. I never really thought about not seeing what is literally under my feet before.

Marks and Spencer’s 45% milk chocolate is REALLY good, like fantastically good. It hits that perfect spot between dark chocolate and milk chocolate

If you want hills, and frankly i find that very weird, then come to Scotland. We have plenty. In all directions. To and from everything.

My friend Sascha is a professional musician and he's lost a viola bow on the way to Heathrow. Please signal boost to help him get it back.
Lost viola bow on the way from Honor Oak Station to Heathrow Terminal 2. The bow slid from its bow case somewhere along the way, possibly on the train. TFL contacted already.
It weighs 68.2 grams and has got a stamped DODD next to the frog. If any info on this, please pm me.

I so miss my Pashley Princess Sovereign. I was contemplating going out on my bike but that means getting changed from current skirt etc.
My Pashley had a skirt guard and a fully enclosed chain. It was bliss just being able to head out without even thinking about what I was wearing.

Even weirder though...my husband's favourite veg are Brussel Sprouts

Yes, current dog. But sadly departed (aged 15) Reg the Staffie would actually look longingly and drool if he caught you prepping them

Yes, and my dog goes nuts for his 'little trees' too

New bike day! No, not for me. I came out of M&S and there was just the happiest looking young man coming out of Halfords with his Dad. Passed him on the shared path on the way home and he was singing. Bless.

Improved storage option for the Diverge with a Hornet Clug. Now I can open the wall cupboards again!
Bicycle stored upright on its rear wheel by pushing the front wheel into a wall mounted clug which grips around the tyre. Tyres must remain inflated to prevent it falling

Something deeply satisfying about this. The operators got some skills too. @thewaroncars.bsky.social

it's dope as hell that the world builds 100 million cars per year and all that plastic, metal, glass and rubber eventually ends up like this

I’m wearing shorts, it’s October, it’s Scotland. This is very far from normal

Come on Karl, you should know by now, it’s never been the driver’s fault/choice/responsibility

@bsky.app it is really annoying that once i choose to play ONE video the app then auto plays every single other video until I close it.

I have autoplay set to off

The national misunderstanding of the words ‘public service’, especially amongst those in public office, is quite astonishing
