Yes your taxes should support disabled people.

They should support homeless people.

They should support those living in poverty, children and the elderly.

This is literally the purpose of taxes, and I would far rather support those who need it than continue to enrich the elite.

It's unacceptable that firefighters who die or are permanently disabled from work-related cancers don't receive the same benefits as others in the line of duty.

I'm working across the aisle to pass my bill to honor our commitment to these first responders and their families.
