We divided a patch abt a month ago. And replanted most. I have abt 15-16 bulbs leftover?! And rhizomes? I know I can plant the bulbs still. The rhizomes began kicking out green leaves 🍃 so, I’ll try to plant them too. Hell, I guesI’ll plant them in the sunniest spots! (After my leaf vacuum’s here)

Well I just did a helter shelter willy nilly guerrilla hack job on ‘em — mostly in the upper tier of the back yard garden — we shall see. They’ll bloom in the spring if the squirrels don’t dig ‘em all up! 😄😆🙁😢😠

ha ha! I told Tom I need to find a place for the iris bulbs & he suggested the corner by the peach trees & I said I'd thought of that but it was a better place for the Joe Pye weed seeds that I need to get in the ground asap, so he's going to add a water circuit there & Bob's your uncle!

transplanted the Brussels sprouts & romaine lettuce seedlings today, hoed, cultivated & amended the soil in one of the raised beds; planted hyacinth bulbs; planted broccoli seeds in a kitchen starter.

I need to find a spot for the iris bulbs. Think, Betsy. Think!

At it's peak yesterday, wind and solar provided 135% of California's power needs. Yes, you read that right, it had enough to export it's energy to surrounding states.

But when big oil and gas donate hundreds of millions to Republican political campaigns, that doesn't matter, only the grift does.
