Why is Gerardo Deniz not more popular among us poets?

Note to parents not bereaved:
Every TV ad with kids in it, that talks about how they grow up too fast, shows a parent-child hug in soft lighting, images of the adult the child has grown up to be. All of them little grenades that blow up in my mind. Shrapnel ripping neurons.
