Subsidence on the Snake Pass - half the road disintegrated. This is happening elsewhere on the road too. Difficult decisions ahead but, in the meantime (& maybe for the long term) it makes a great cycle path across the Pennines #peakdistrict #Sheffield #Manchester #ladybower #glossop #climatechange

I believe the Lloyds Bank sponsorship ends next year, so this is either a sign it's going to carry on, or maybe they have a new sponsor lined up and this is a sign of intent to align the men's and women's races.

The Tour of Britain Women moves in the calendar to late August for 2026 to be closer to the men's race.

The women's race runs from the 19th to 23rd of August with the men's running from the 2nd to the 6th of September 2026.

Both races are now five days long and will bring some fantastic racing.

Would you rather cycle to work in the rain (faster than the traffic, taking photos at leisure when safe to do so) or sit in your car, in a jam, wondering why everyone else chose to drive on this of all days.

Had the opportunity to help review a pension decision form.
It says "I confirm that I understand my options and have made an informed decision."
Might be better if it said "I confirm that the help desk is hard to reach, it was unable to offer advice and the forms are complete gobbledygook."
