I think my modest proposal to simultaneously solve Minneapolis’s law enforcement problem & St. Paul’s budget problems is Minneapolis gives St. Paul sacks full of money to be our cops/prosecutors and we get rid of our feckless cohorts. We keep our public works. They can run our fests, too.

Every flower makes like 50+ seeds and we planted a whole bunch so I've saved every flower head so far. I have like a gallon sized bag half full and a flower pot full drying! I'm going to throw them every where. C likes to scatter birdseed so we've had some sneaky sunflowers, too.
