Der öffentlich-rechtliche Rundfunk #OERR muss ein ausgewogenes und vielfältiges Programm bieten, sonst kann der #Rundfunkbeitrag verfassungswidrig sein. Das entschied heute das BVerwG überraschend. Nun muss sich der BayVGH erneut mit der Klage befassen.

In België is discussie ontstaan over de manier van stemmen bij verkiezingen: moeten ze overstappen van stemcomputers naar het papieren stembiljet, net als Nederland destijds deed? Best opmerkelijk: BBB heeft een heel hoofdstuk in het verkiezingsprogramma over bereikbaarheid en infra, maar nul maatregelen in de doorrekening van het Planbureau. Mooie woorden in programma over Lelylijn, ov in de regio, etc. maar er in de doorrekening geen cent voor uittrekken.
