The headline cites a "spike in car thefts in some Baltimore districts" and the body goes on to point out some crazy increases: 62% in Northwest! 30% in Central! Sounds like a real City in Crisis, right? A 🧵:

I know football is just a game, but with the shutdown starting to bite people’s wallets. Football is something that really helps local business. With the Ravens basically in the tank businesses that are hurting will have a tougher time drawing crowds on game days. Ooooof.
