How was our anniversary?

Well, I went for a GP appt. My GP gives me 30 mins, as he knows we always have multiple issues to cover. But I finished in 20.

So he also checked Thea's chest, as she's also struggling post-Covid. We now have to go for hers-and-hers xrays.

We know how to celebrate 😂

Oh, I am so sorry 😢 you know that I know how truly awful it is!

I was assessed and sent for online, text based CBT 🙄 The CBT was horrific, I quit & complained.

A formal diagnosis can go on your medical record, but whether it opens up more support depends.

Private therapy helped me a lot!

Oh yes, Will is absolutely the worst. Completely oblivious to how it all looks to everyone else🤦‍♀️

But the others all make mistakes too. Which is totally relatable. I often question how anyone is supposed to know how to manage life 🙃

But still annoying as the reader, seeing it all unfold 😂

It was good (yes, I did the audiobook, and slowed it down a bit which I preferred - I have audio processing issues).

I was waaaaay more annoyed at everyone for their inability to just bloody communicate clearly this time round 😂

Sadly we're not just a Tory stronghold, Reform is making lots of gains - we have a Reform councillor and mayor now 😭

Annoyingly, we are only a couple of miles out of Lincoln, which tends to be more progressive. But we are under Gainsborough, which is a very rural Lincolnshire constituency.

It might be worth calling your GP and asking. Even without treatment started, they may still decide you qualify.

I know my dad is, but he's already on chemo, so I don't know at what point in the process he became eligible 🤔

Thea and I actually joined The Green Party last week. Whilst they are the only party offering a real alternative, I am happy to support them. Even though a vote for them in our constituency has no chance 😢
