I guess it would be better to be smart (and handsome) in avoiding skin whitening creams, some of them may contain mercury.

The trial demonstrated the additive benefits of dapagliflozin, including a slower ⬇️ in kidney functn & reduced kidney volume growth, without signif safety concerns. Also dapa improved other parameters such as ⬇️ body wt, lower SBP & ⬆️ hb levels @kireports.bsky.social

At wk 12, mean home SBP measurements were changed from baseline by −13.6 (SD, 8.6) mmHg & −14.7 (SD, 11.0) mmHg in the amiloride & spironolactone groups, with amiloride demonstrating noninferiority to spiro.
Amiloride - effective alternative for Rx of resistant hypt.
