And it's statistically proven that if you annoy the shit out of your clients, they show up. We're living of that, cutting hair is my income, no shows are double annoying because lost money AND the opportunity for a new client are gone. I'm sorry, I don't want to be rude, but I'm on the other side 😭

I really can't hold back here because I get it, but the background is, that people are not reliable anymore. Appointments are not seen as a contract anymore but like a "Maybe I'm in the mood for a haircut next week" and then they don't show. Salons also pay for the texts 😭

As a salon owner I can tell you, the anxiety is real that people who book are no shows 😅😅 and in this financial disaster we're living world wide, it's super annoying when it seems booked out but 3 of 6 people don't show...
