Blitz definitely something like parkour or gymnastics, I can see him thriving in both solo or team work (both have their pros and cons). Stolas is harder to pinpoint but something low-contact like tenis or archery and definitely solo (though he wouldn't mind teaming up with a certain imp 👀)
