So my ultra bad cramps were some sort of stomach issues, yesterday I was so miserable and in so much pain. Not 100% today but I feel a lot better.

But I think it should be illegal to get sick while on your period, what kind of absolute bullshit is that.

I might be embracing my soup life now. Never been a huge fan, except for specific types when I'm in a specific mood. But I've made the lentil barley soup @redshiftsinger.bsky.social turned me onto for the second time, with minor modifications and it's so good. Even better as leftovers.
