When chicken breast in on sale, I buy those big family packs, salt/pepper/garlic powder/onion powder, sous vide them at 140 F for 3 hours. Slice them up, and they go in Pyrex in the fridge.

Used many ways. Salad, ramen topper, chicken salad, wraps, snacks, sandwiches, soup (put in last, off heat).

Equal parts self-rising flour and full-fat plain greek yogurt. Mix into a dough, divide into balls, roll out, cook on each side in a bit of olive oil for 1-2 minutes or until it starts puffing.

It's not quite naan, but it's really close. Goes amazingly well with stews, curries, chili, soups...

This small boi doesn’t have upper incisors anymore due to cancer treatment so he loves the little hay bits & dust at the bottom of the box bc it’s easier to eat. I asked the company I buy rabbit hay from if there was a way to buy just the hay dust & tiny scraps—they sent a whole box of it for free😭🩷
