I’m done for the week at work, as I’ve got tomorrow and Friday off 🙌🏻 made some plans to see a friend down in Southampton tomorrow, and then Friday just relaxing 🥰 I need it after the last couple of weeks!

Had a better night’s sleep last night ☺️ currently listening to @matthew-wright.bsky.social while thinking about what I’ve got coming up - some 10K runs in Jan/Feb, the fireworks event tonight, and searching for a new car 🚗 😍 there’s lots to look forward to despite the shit family situation 🙌🏻

Thanks Matthew, it’s good that we know more, but still scary nonetheless. Hopefully I’ll have a less anxious night tonight. Got some days off next week, so going to spend them not doing much, try and relax. I appreciate the support and care 🥰❤️

I skipped #parkrun this morning, as I had a really anxious night ☹️ given what’s going on family-wise, it would make sense, but I feel myself getting worse generally, my thoughts spiralling a lot 😩 I’m sad to have missed my run and listening to my (unpaid) running coach @matthew-wright.bsky.social 😜👟
