Yearly reminder that the student in question was not in Burke's class. Burke sought this STUDENT out to harass them. The student was in the Leaving Cycle when this happened - they are at LEAST two years out of the school. It is PREDATORY BEHAVIOUR to camp outside a school for YEARS.

He threw a fit when multiple Holocaust museums requested schools not teach the Boy in Striped Pyjamas as fact. HE SHOULDN'T GET A HISTORICAL AWARD BECAUSE HE'S A SHIT HISTORIAN.

Stop considering John Boyne for historical awards. He's not a historian. He's a (relatively conservative) fiction writer with an interest in history who occasionally writes decent historical fiction. Stop considering him as more than an author.
