Some helpful considerations ⬇️ Highly recommend his new book #rainbowtrap

Go beyond 'adding more' options to an ever-growing list of categories.
Understand 'Prefer Not to Say' as a choice not a datapoint to be removed
Recognise those who refuse and ensure they're not harmed by saying 'no'.
