Star Trek Deep Space Nine scene. We're at a DS9 fancy party of some sort with lots of folks milling about and having drinks and hors d'oeuvres served amongst flowers and decorations. We see Starfleet in dress uniforms and some Romulan folk with pointy ears and eyebrow loaf among the distinguished guests. Ever wondered why walking around museums is weirdly tiring? At normal speed our legs act like pendulums, swinging forward from the hip & saving us a huge amount of energy. In "museum shuffle" our muscles must do ALL the work of constant readjustment. So cake in the cafe is scientifically justified 🥳

A good friend of mine let me know that the upcoming Gundam story is being made with the artist Take- one of the lead artists for Sun/Moon and Sword/Shield. It's also shaping to be as gay as Witch from Mercury (one of the main writers is Yoji Enokido who wrote Utena) and is set a few years after

If you didn't know, she's been the artist for the recent Pokémon games and I ADORE them so much

Technically "QuuuuuuX" is pronounced like "kwux" - rhymes with "crux." It's a variation of the metasyntactic variable "qux" used by computer programmers. (I don't know *why* they picked it but that's the derivation.)

Gundam Wing on toonami was the gateway drug for me. I ate up what I could. Then when 0079 aired it cemented me in this fandom. I really can't see life without it.
