I was thinking a high fibre breakfast product
Are we counting allergies? because a bunch of things I was "too picky to eat" as a child turn out to be things I was having unacknowledged allergic reactions to...
God forbids that so I don't do it.

Don't ever do it to other people but also DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF.
Especially the bit of washing machines where you have to clean the door seal and the filter.
Again today. I've been in bed 24 hours at this point.

Most people in NI are really not surprised by the Soldier F outcome - but this was no show trial or witch hunt. The judge excoriated the soldiers' conduct, but because of a passing of time caused by extreme state failings, could not convict. That is the scandal. These headlines are grotesque:

I did an event last night with Meg Crane, inventor of the home pregnancy test, and she mentioned that Predictor, a play based on her story is on at AMT Theater in December www.predictorplay.com

Absolutely this. If you *know* somebody is not doing *anything* to be a bit less evil on the margins, well, that person is probably a terrible human being. But if you're boycotting Spotify and not Nestle, and your friend is doing the opposite, you probably both have reasons.
I think it’s good and important to spread the word about companies that are doing bad things and offer people alternatives to those companies that aren’t evil. I also think shouting “cancel that!” “Stop using that!” “Why are you still on that!” isn’t a great way to help ease people’s transitions.
The underwear I made out of bedlinens too worn to mend has all turned into rags but I can salvage the elastic. So today is a day of unpicking.

Rob working from home means he can massage my swollen ankles when I wake up. This means less bruising when I stand to go to the bathroom. Hurrah!

Ireland's death toll for The Great Famine was estimated to be 20-30%..... There was a famine 100 years earlier with a similar 20% death toll.
The ENGLISH civil war killed about 41% of the Irish population.

Reform lost by 11% in Caerphilly - because of a surge in turnout, because Reform looked set to win the seat.

This illustrates Reform's vulnerability *because* they are leading the polls (in a 6 party system) while being an *unpopular* party. A much bigger problem under FPTP 2029 than PR 2026

GOOD NEWS! A groundbreaking study of MORE THAN 1,000 people reveals that cancer patients who received a COVID-19 mRNA vaccine within 100 days of starting immunotherapy lived dramatically longer than those who didn’t. In some cases, their survival rate was DOUBLED.
Oh god I keep forgetting that I had swine flu. It was *awful*.
