The threat does not know the MC's party outguns them severely but the MC's party does. So they're just hyping up the potential demise of a villain in the story. It's very fascinating to see.

However, due to an extreme informational assymetry between the MC's party and the threat that has emerged nobody in the fanbase is considering that the MC's party could lose and everyone's like "KILL THEM. KILL THEM. KILL THEM." all giddy because the threat's main actor is a real asshole.

Currently there is a situation with a furry VN where the current patreon build ends at a cliffhanger, that would be extremely exciting if it was in any other VN. Like big boss battle kinda thing.

A woman who rang ABC Sydney radio said she found out about the Optus outage from her cat.

The cat has an automatic wi-fi feeder (connected to Optus) & when breakfast wasn't delivered at 6:10 am, the cat went to the bedroom to lodge a complaint with management.
