most so-called originalists aren't actually fans of originalism, and most sane people realize that the founding fathers were mostly wrong about almost everything and we should only listen to the parts they got right and ignore the rest

in a criminal case, refusing to turn over relevant evidence to the defendant is a Confrontation Clause violation and is grounds to dismiss the entire indictment with prejudice

I was laid off from Teen Vogue today along with multiple other staffers, and today is my last day.

certainly more to come from me when the dust has settled more, but to my knowledge, after today, there will be no politics staffers at Teen Vogue.
