The Russian government has removed the import duties on petroleum products according to Deputy Prime Minister Novak. They previously had a 5% duty, now they are ready to start importing. They should have done that weeks ago.

First 6 motorcycles, then at noon at least 7 AFVs (1 a BMP-3 located⬇️, see📽️in skeet 3).
Then at 3pm 7 AFVs and at 5pm 2 more tanks.
Total 6 Mbikes + 16 AFVs.

Over the weekend Russian refineries took another round of heavy beating. Last night the Kirishi refinery was struck. The facility produces annually over 20 million tons of oil products. It is the second largest refinery in all Russia.
