Zeon remnants might not fully go away until the events of Unicorn happen and breaks the conspiracy that kept Zeon remnants funded to justify the expense of the EFSF.

Char's Neo Zeon would never happen.
Since CCA never happens psychoframe tech isn't developed (or might be developed later).
Amuro lives! Maybe without Char to fight he would leave the military and become a newtype guru. Maybe he would eventually gravitate towards Lalah.

Operation Stardust might not happen, but neither would Day Of Dakar.
Haman has a harder time building Neo Zeon without Mineva or Char. Maybe they would ally with the AEUG.

Amuro kills Dozel, Ghiren kills Degwin, Kycilia kills Ghiren, and Kycilia is either captured, killed, or flees to the asteroid belt.
Garma takes over Zeon and makes a peace deal with the Federation and adopts Mineva.

Garma lives. Zeon wastes slightly less resources chasing the White Base. White Base gets to Jaburo a little faster. Zeon attacks Jaburo the hard way, and get stomped by GMs that had an extra week-ish with the Gundam's data. Lalah never joins Zeon's newtype corps, never meets Amuro, doesn't die.

Went to the usual Wednesday night Gundam locals. It was slow again since this was the last week before the new set drops, so there were only 11 players in attendance tonight. I was on blue/white Freedom Rebuild and so was my Zeon Aggro friend, as usual.

Granted, Zeon fans do have kind of an excuse in that the Federation isn't much better either.

Same thing for Gundam fans when it comes to Zeon.
Who knew having kickass mecha designs and one of the most iconic characters in Japanese fiction can have you overlook the fact these are the same guys that gassed and nuked half of the human population in under a month?
