They are going to spend the next 30 years fixing all the poor workmanship
Has anyone heard a projected completion date for the ballroom? I'm kind of assuming it will be built with 24/7 crews, cutting every possible corner with presidential permission to ignore codes. Not only does he want this fast, he wants to brag about how it going up fast is because he's a "builder."

One more thing, the quality of materials & workmanship of the #EastWing would be far too expensive to replicate. And in the case of the timbers, I doubt they could even find wood as dense as the high end builds in 1902.
