For example, the fact you can, in 2025, download a high quality digital copy of a random piece of fluff played over the speakers to accompany a British Leyland Test Day event from 1974, never intended to stand on its own, simply because it features in character voicework by the Doctor Who cast.

This is so stupid. She is real. We had her on my channel a few times, She got drunk with us! Videos of her voicework are out prior to AI! Just go talk to her folks!

A damn good modernization/live-action adaptation of the source material. Suzuki Ryohei takes some cues from Kamiya Akira's voicework for Saeba Ryo but makes the role his own, too. And, most importantly, retains the critical "Get Wild" outro.

Flashbacks to when this type of bullshit was happening in QA x.x
I hate that high school shit so much cause like, BRO we're QA, we're the LOWEST rung of the industry and are NOT paid what we should be for how important the work really is. Not too dissimilar to that of voicework.

One thing I did learn during the VA strike was that a particular voice actor was screencapping things I was posting and sharing them privately to other VAs to be like "can you believe this?"

in hindsight a very aurora thing was that i claimed to be nonbinary for like a year while i was totally trying to be *more* femme than the newly transitioned women i knew, and had told my therapist that if i was dreaming i would of course get all the surgeries and do the voicework to be 100% woman

for some reason despite them getting better at this za has one of the most barren options menus in series history
anyway i always figured it was less a matter of cost and more a matter of filesize; nintendo tries to keep shit small and that much voicework would add up fast

Ledgerbound: was interested in this one but I'm kinda disappointed. art, sprites and voicework are good, the fire emblem-esque combat is serviceable but the demo itself is very half-baked and the writing is just putting me off way too much. not terrible but not for me.
