I found a shiny Tornadus after a whopping 25 SRs! The Synchronize trick didn't work again, which is a bummer, but I caught in the single Friend Ball you get per save file in the gen 7 games! I'm still shocked that worked 😂 #pokemon #shinypokemon #shinyhunting

(technically if I wanted to be accurate I would have had tornadus-i in there instead since he's the real blaziken enabler, but I'm not that 🏳️🌈❔ about the incarnate genies

went with a fast attacking support centered around rain since it's been my favourite archetype recently. basically if pelipper, tornadus, and kyogre combined into an evil little guy >:)

In other news I did get this shiny and almost completed the Unova dex. Missing Volcarona and Keldeo (which I’m surprised they didn’t bring back considering it was released before as a ticketed event years ago)

fact, the distortion might have actually stopped at the same moment, leaving only the violent rejection of everything that didn't get sucked up in time...

Legends: Arceus is necessary for a few new Pokémon, like Hisuian Typhlosion, Overqwil, and Enamorus. It’s also pretty handy to get Landorus, Thunderus, and Tornadus!

Ok I guess Tornadus-T ran Assault Vest on Gen 6 because it couldn't run Defog? But how about Gen 8 and 9? He can't exactly run Defog in Gen 9 because of Goldenhgo and Gen 8 he gets Defog.

Offensively, the team is currently very weak to grass / water types and also especially weak to steels.
I can drop Tornadus for Rocky Helmet, Sludge Bomb Amoonguss but then it and Urshifu has to hard carry vs Caly Zam.
I think that might be okay, but in principle I’m not 100% sure yet.
