Glad to see that unlike @TahoeForest cancer center @UCSFHospitals still requires masking in areas where patients are present. Guess I’ll be driving 8 hrs RT to the place that cares about patients for a 30 min lab draw and 💉💉 each month

I got this text from @TahoeForest this AM: so we #cancer patients have to wear 😷 (not that I’m taking mine off indoors any time soon) but staff interacting with #immunocompromised people don’t??

As a person w/ incurable, life shortening #metastatic #cancer on lifelong treatments that compromise immunity I’m 😡 to walk into @TahoeForest cancer center and see staff not wearing masks. 😷 should be required in health care facilities! @GavinNewsom @CAPublicHealth fix this!

I know Emerald Bay is closed after yesterday’s storm (#1). So does @waze (#2) & @googlemaps (#3) but not @Apple Maps (#4)🙄. Keeping 🤞🏻EB opens before I have to drive to @TahoeForest for treatment later today.
