Next I had to find an plane to convert to RC that anyone could 3D print.
I found this amazing flat pack 1903 Wright Flyer on Thingiverse by Julien Jeanroy printed with regular PLA filament: www.thingiverse.com/thing:3645112
I split the model into 2 parts and added motor mounts.
It's amazingly light!

I split the 1903 Wright Flyer model into two parts to maximize the wingspan on the Bambu Lab A1 Mini bed.

This is the whole 1903 Wright Flyer with the two parts glued together. It uses regular PLA filament that anyone would have.
The only other alterations I made to the model was making the wings one very thin layer and adding pins for the motor mounts (not seen on this model).

The whole assembled 1903 Wright Flyer with the motors mounts weighs only 3 1/2 grams!
Even with those thin struts it's quite sturdy. I put weights simulating the mass of the RC gear and it glided quite well, a promising sign it'll do well in powered flight!

Here's a closeup of the motor mounts I designed by cannibalizing parts from the original model to match the author's design style.
The twin propellers will be very close to where the original 1903 Wright Flyer's were.
The Wright brothers used wing warping to turn their planes, this RC version will you differential thrust between the two motors for turning.

Man on a bicycle crosses the Hawthorne Bridge. Autumn foliage in South Hawthorne Waterfront Park fills the scene behind the struts of the bridge that block out the scene. The pavement on the bridge is wet from rain earlier in the day.

A man who "owns this building" wearing all black and holding a skateboard in NE Portland confronts people hanging outside of the building on the street, yelling profanities at them thinking it will make them disperse. The three people he's yelling at yell back. One of them is recording the confrontation on their phone. Another person in the group wearing a pink backpack holds a library book with the title "The Day Portland Died".

A man wearing black shoes, what appears to be a red skirt, and tattered black jacket on NW 6th lays on the sidewalk among fallen autumn leaves. The building behind him is boarded up, covered in a crude paint job and sparse graffiti. The filthy man appears to be in agony, yelling monosyllabic sounds in quick succession.

The Portland Streetcar rounds the bend in Southwest next to a large apartment building and trees covered in autumn foliage. The I-5 and I-405 interchange can be seen in the background, under late evening skies.

US energy solutions provider ProEnergy is repurposing jet engines to power data centers.

As first reported by IEEE Spectrum, the company revealed that two data center operators are using its repurposed gas turbines to power facilities during construction and in the first few years of operation.

The PE6000 gas turbines are made through retrofitting old CF6-80C2 jet engine cores and matching them with newly manufactured aero-derivative parts made by ProEnergy or its partners.

To make jet engines suitable for use as power generators, they are modified with an expanded turbine section to convert engine thrust into shaft power, a series of struts and supports to mount them on a concrete deck or steel frame, and new controls. Following assembly, the engines can supply 48MW of capacity.

“We have sold 21 gas turbines for two data center projects amounting to more than 1GW,” said Landon Tessmer, VP of commercial operations at ProEnergy. “Both projects are expected to provide bridging power for five to seven years, which is when they expect to have grid interconnection and no longer need permanent behind-the-meter generation.”

Following its use as a prime power option, the turbines are then utilized for backup power, sold to the local utility, or used to supplement the grid. This means the units can continue to be used after the data center secures a grid connection.

ProEnergy offers two-turbine power blocks built around a standard setup. Each block includes gas turbines, generators, and a range of supporting systems such as air cooling units that enhance turbine performance on hot days, selective catalytic reduction systems to cut down emissions, and various electrical components.

Think of the utterly deranged mind that will look at these screenshots, and think, "You know what this game needs? RTX. Why hasn't someone ported this to UE5? What if we fed this into an AI?"

A sickly green mist permeates the air of this broken castle courtyard, moss-covered blocks scattered on the ground, leaving gaps on the sides of a central support arch, and holes in a bridge that spans overhead with two dirty and thick iron chains strung astride it. Stained glass windows are seen in some of the façades in the surrounding castle walls above, proffering a warm, inviting glow, contrasted with the gore splattered underneath the support arch from eldritch monsters freshly dispatched.

At the far side of this metallurgical pit is a circular portal that shimmers and swirls with a black cosmic oil.
