ShellScriptの代替は、決定版はない感じか。
(a footnote to this is that i use zig build to build C projects mainly, i'm not a zig programmer)
these days i just do a shellscript that's basically the equivalent of
`zig cc src/*.c -o out`
plus some additional boilerplate for handling fetching of dependencies (if any) and choosing a compiler

Okej, okej, okej, men jag har äntligen fått tummen ur och skrivit ett shellscript som sätter upp tmux med tre panes - editor i en pane, ord- / bokstäver räknade i en, och en tredje med ett shell för sed / awk.
Så nu kan jag bara köra ./skriv [filnamn] och så har jag allt igång.

what do you mean "in script"? `Dockerfile` (instructions to build image) or some shellscript that calls `docker` binary? But if it's the latter afair podman supports being called as `docker` and mimics majority of parameters?

Varför finns ingen funktion för läsbarhetsindex i vanliga, "moderna" ordbehandlingsprogram?
Jag slängde ihop ett shellscript till Linux igår för att räkna ut LIX och nu har jag det bredvid texten när jag skriver, så att jag kan följa i realtid hur svår texten är att läsa.

Since I am the single fullstack dev writing all the code(importing the CSS and some JS from our designer genius) I hit save in Kate to have the application refreshed on our server.
Once all are happy with it, I run a shellscript on our server, that puts it all on the clients machine.

When Homebrew creates a shellscript wrapper, e.g. for vidir in the moreutils package, it hardcodes the #! line pointing to /bin/bash. Which gives an error if your shell config file has code using associative arrays. Not supported in built-in macOS bash, but works with Homebrew's more recent bash.
