At 708 PM CST, heavy snow showers were along a line extending from near Red Cliff to near Washburn to Ino to near Barnes, and moving east at 30 mph. Visibilities of 1/4 mile or less are expected with these heavy snow showers. Highways impacted include US-2 between Iron River and Hurley, US-63 between Drummond and Ashland, and WI-13 between Cornucopia and Mellen, including Bayfield, Washburn, and Ashland. Locations impacted include... Ashland, Washburn, Sanborn, Iron River, Barnes, Mellen, Barksdale, Bayfield, Drummond, Marengo, Saxon, La Pointe, Gurney, Big Bay State Park, Sand Island, Madeline Island, Namekagon, Ino, York Island, and Copper Falls State Park.
