Willow loves a sunny spot. She's laying on one of the washable rugs with grippy backs, we added to help her walk on linoleum. She'll be 10 years old next month. #grateful she's doing so well. She is so sweet, playful and great companion.

Willow sometimes wakes repeatedly with nighttime anxiety even with daily medication that helps. I started leaving on ambiance videos w/soft jazz or rain overnight in the living room. #grateful that seems to be helping all of us rest better.

Just in from barking at neighbor's teeny tiny dog but more in a loud introduction w/tag wagging. The neighbors & I stood out in the cold bundled up in layers observing them almost touch noses through the fence. #grateful for our neighbors.

I added an electric blanket to bed and big heating pad on the couch on low. Willow strongly approves of the change but not of cold wet outside. We added grippy rugs to the kitchen for better elderly dog traction and that's working well. #grateful

Willow is chill on the couch now but in the night, she'll sometimes bark us awake if she's heard something in the neighborhood. I'm #grateful her daily vet anxiety meds help her settle w/ some redirection & often she can go back to sleep.
