Wow. What I thought was low bass from a downstairs TV turns out to be coming from outside. Which means it's coming from 1 of 4 houses close enough to have a chance. Some of those houses could be rentals...in context, it certainly sounds like a rager at a rental. It's been YEARS since the last time.

The Annapolis City Council voted to restrict short-term rental properties to no more than 10% of any given block, in response to neighbors' to concerns that vacation rentals are eroding the community.

They checking your credit score, income, and background yet ain’t checking the quality of their rentals. They overprice because they know our options are limited, if not them where else? “Just buy a house” HA. Many will never own a home in their lifetime.

They did. Every Friday for nearly 4 years. Many nights, some friends and family would come over when they guy stopped by to get their rentals at the same time.
A lot of people reminisce about Blockbuster back then. But the Mom & Pop rental shops were innovative as hell then.

Game rentals really blew up during this time. As a kid, I signed up for a rental service (different times then) that would come to your house with bins of games & VHS tapes. You could rent a game for $5 a week. I found a ton of good games thru them.

Air BnB accounts for 160,000 properties that used to be long term rentals.
Air BnB started in 2012 with 5k homes on its books.
In 2018 it had 80k it now has projections of 200k by the end of this year.
Rents have risen by 44% in the last 6yrs!
Investors are the problem not immigrants.

Yeah. There was a lot of that because of rentals. I’ve only played the Japanese version so i wonder if there’s some differences in difficulty balance between the two.

The auditors spent 6 months trying to figure it out, but eventually gave up, saying that Bryanston was "unable to provide a picture-by-picture breakdown of film rentals billed."

But such measures will only succeed if property owners are unable to pass on levy to paying visitors.”
