I laughed, too. It was hilarious. He says to me that we have a problem. He explains. I say to him "we don't have a problem, you have a problem."
I don't have grandchildren, but I do remember winding nieces and nephews up, then abandoning them to their parents.

I’m not expecting you and I to solve the seemingly-eternal problem here, but I am trying to have a good faith engagement with you so I can understand your POV better and maybe you can understand mine, and maybe we both get some enrichment from it.

I've never been happier since I just started blocking and muting without hesitation, it can solve like every problem here.
I do wish that blocks weren't trackable though because you're more likely to be put on someone grudge list by doing it, but still.

I mean, I don't see that at all. In fact, I see a wide array of strategies being employed. Democrats need a -more- unified message and platform.
The problem is that folks on the ground are not satisfied. Each group of folks has different demands of the party.

The problem with Starmer and Reeves Labour is that they have zero clue how us who aren't well off live. no new ideas or even attempt to think outside the box. I could do a better job of being a labour leader and that's not how it should be. They have done some good, the rest is just Tory replays.
Labour deputy leadership contest may only cause more trouble for Starmer
Victory for Lucy Powell or Bridget Phillipson, the rivals at the centre of the race, could be reckoning for the party

The problem is that no one is even trying to stop Trump (the Democrats are incapable of doing so), which means that Trump will become more and more arrogant. The people's right to revolution? Come on. It's like the system of checks and balances. It's a sham.

(My phobia isn’t my disability combo in this case, to be clear.)
The fact that places don’t consider there being more than one disabled person at a time needing to poop is the REAL problem!

Wow. Still. That's how they beat the system. It's ridiculous because it's not the car that's the problem, it's the driver. We need new laws, or we need to add to them. We need to close the loopholes that these criminals take advantage of.

It's that time of year again, when the Windows Insider program has fucked up Windows Update somehow and I have to manually download the next Windows update.
I suppose they can't be arsed to fix this since anyone using Insider builds can work around it but this has been a problem for 9yrs lol.

So after listening to the speakers and chatting with attendees I think we can probably all agree that too much traffic and congestion are a problem for everyone. Reaching agreement on solutions to tackling that congestion clearly needs a bit more discussion. Glad I went.

The ABD speaker would set up an independent road accident investigation board. Staff it with people who understand speed is not the problem.
If you know me at all, you’ll know that I’m fully bought in to speed being a serious road harm issue.

The Alliance of British Drivers would dismantle the ULEZ
remove infra that is “bottling up traffic”. Strip it all out esp the traffic lights.
I don’t agree with “stripping it all out” but totally understand that traffic being bottled up is a problem for everyone.

Even if they turn do a profit for a while, it’s the ‘restaurant in a fast-growing area’ problem: rent will rise to absorb whatever margin they eke out, and there’s nothing they can do about it.

I see your point. But this is the first time I’ve dealt with a company that doesn’t resolve their own problem. They literally will not help you if the third party does not help them.

But seriously, joking aside, she is rather divisive.
Personally, I don't think she's a Mary Sue or anything like that. If anything, that's just a consequence of her technically being the main character, as that theory goes.
The problem I see is that both the writing and localization is circus tier
