Based on the Mitama from Shinto Mythology, specifically the Ara Mitama and Nigi Mitama, and how schools of fish swim together to form swarms and even tornadoes.

Wanted to give one of my older fakemons a chance. This was one of my entries for the legendary bird contest a while back. Based on statues of important people. It's very vane and poses for hours on it's enlarged foot to get attention #pragmagikredesign
